Action before the start of next season would basically be a lightning-fast response when the NCAA normally favors moving along at glacial pace. Whether or not it will have any bearing on last year's National Championship is another matter, but we likely won't hear more about that without more information and a lot more time.

Seriously, the more I read and hear, the more I think Frank found the Bud Foster of offense. If he can walk the walk as well as he talks the talk, this may be the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
