Arizona Cardinals: The offensive staff at Arizona has been dismissed including Mike Miller, John McNulty, Tommie Robinson, Russ Grimm, Frank Reich. The lone coach to remain is tight ends coach Freddie Kitchens.

The only way I see something different is if we have effective blocking from the OL. His speed would be a nice wrinkle to catch teams flatfooted. Or he needs to bulk up more. Unfortunately, his frame can't hold much more weight while keeping the speed.

to see if Lazor and Ob end up butting heads and causing internal squabbles in the oh-so-happy-land of whooville. Implosion in 3....2....1...

Although he's not as fast or dynamic, JC could be used alot like De'Anthony Thomas was used for Oregon this year--out of the slot, kickoffs, and getting 10 carries a game. He's too small to get more carries than that and be effective I think.

UMASS OC/QB coach Mike Kruzcek has resigned.

I predict we will see a lot of Coleman lined up in the slot next year to make up for the fact that we have more playmakers at the RB position than we need. Coleman would be effective on jet sweeps and screens if there was effective OL and WR blocking in front of him. With DJ Coles back, it could work. All of that depends on what kind of OC we get and what kind of offense he runs.

I saw MD play last week in person. This is absolutely a tournament team. They are big, deep, fast, and their frontcount is physical and talented. Maryland should handle us pretty easily on Saturday. They play 9 or 10 guys who are all pretty much the same talent-wise with not much dropoff when they go to the bench. Lots of freshman and sophomores too - Turgeon is a beast

Unfortunately, Bama reloads more than it rebuilds. They may be losing a lot, but they probably won't suffer too many growing pains.

I believe they also briefly talked about him, and my understanding is that he has qualified. I have high hopes for him. Still, everyone seems to believe Trey Edmunds will be the one that really stands out. Coleman, Edmunds, and Harris are probably the only 3 backs we'll need in any rotation. We might consider relegating some of the other HBs to Special Teams or other roles.

Or the play-action sack that we love to run so much

I know if it happens, it is very rare, but I remember talking to one of Tyrod's receivers from high school, Todd Nolen, he didn't have the grades but the coaches apparently told him if he went to FUMA and met the eligibility requirements his offer would still stand.

Only problem was, he just never quite got the grades he needed to be eligible.

Training room says three weeks. Rightfully so, there really is no reason to rush him back. I know they are short on scholarship players but he is only a freshmen and needs to be healthy.

If we don't make the coaching changes on offense we need to make i don't know that it matters how well their D plays. our offense can't move the ball anyway.

I like Jarell Eddie, he has so much potential. But he is not blossoming into the star player I thought he would be. With his size, athleticism and scoring ability there is no reason why he shouldn't be the most dynamic player on the court. Hopefully he fully emerges next season!

Don't forget the stretch play to the short side.

So, they now have 3 head coaches, is basically what this means. Looks like the way out the door is being paved for London.

what happened with Drew Harris? Did he qualify and enroll at VT? Heard if we doesn't he'll have to JUCO...meaning we won't see him in a VT uniform (as we don't take JUCO transfers who didn't qualify earlier).

May not have had a phenomenal season, but he did do this.
