Read your own image, and take a deep breath. This day clearly isn't a disaster - we've got a great class coming in, that patches a ton of immediate holes on the roster. Our O-line has depth and talent across the board! We have tons of good QB prospects for proper competition! And we still got great defensive players. Our defense has been consistently awesome WITHOUT these couple of studs we missed on - it will continue to be so. Offense is where we all agreed we needed help and that's where we got it. Would those 5-stars have been nice? sure. But this class is still really really good. pump the brakes.
Ugh, I hate Thursday night NFL games - they're often crappy games, they screw up fantasy big time, and they compete with cfb.
Good thing you're a Hokie then. We haven't in a decade. There's even a shirt for it
haha, was just commenting. It changed before my very eyes
I'm not sure you understand how surprises work...
So... you are complaining because they have TWO guys who are studs that got steered to them through questionable (at best) 7-on-7 coaches and required 400+ phone calls from Mike London in the last year to get, and are practically a walking potential violation? Big whoop, they can have them. I'm bummed we had a few misses, but this class is still really good. The sky is not falling. Chill out.
I keep trying to come up with a joke that utilizes D-Minor that isn't too long... wildly unsuccessful
Colt Pettit - next man in
Kendrick Holland - next one in.

# | Bitter blog - Recruiting swoon in 2010, '11 catching up to Hokies; VT gets walk-on kicker commitment from Blacksburg hahaha, either that or deluded nincompoop looking for a scapegoat, and unaware that we already found ours in Newsome.

# | Read and React: "National Signing Day: Cavs' Mike London looks beyond high school coaches to cultivate Virginia Beach pipeline" One more thing to consider - this all started because the dad kept his group together from little-league on up. That whole group is graduating now. Is he going to have any kind of influence on future kids, or is he tapped out? It seems like it might be more like a bucket full of talent than a well.
in that the never lie?

# | Read and React: "National Signing Day: Cavs' Mike London looks beyond high school coaches to cultivate Virginia Beach pipeline" Ew. It's quite sleazy, and that's really all I have to say about it.
haha, I think if that happens, French will drive to wherever Nnadi lives with a freaking generator to get that fax machine working.
I think in this class, we're probably already pretty set at that position, though. We'll see his impact next year.
I dunno, when a running back is getting huge chunks of yards/run, people often say something along the lines of "Man, we're really gashing them with the run!"
Wow, those are some awesome highlights. I can't even do that in a videogame...
Very much. That's awesome
I keep trying to figure out if there's a secret message in your capitalized letters... I don't think there is, though
source? I thought this was a parody, but when I clicked, you sound so serious.
Clearly the author does not have her finger on the pulse of the VT community at all. I haven't seen any momentum for a "fire Beamer" movement except from maybe extremist idiot fringes.
Fantastic news! Not a Steelers fan, but I'll root for Coale in any jersey.
Maybe you need to take a minute and chill out. You're the one making sweeping negative statements about athletes. He has every right to be offended.

Keeping this class together ~= disaster. Losing Nnadi sucked, but we flipped Ford, and he just would have been icing on the cake. A disaster would be something like losing 2 or 3 of the o-linemen to various B1G schools, and not landing a single guy from Florida. Or maybe having none of the qb prospects qualify, or something like that. THAT would've been a disaster. If you're happy with the class we brought in today, the day is, by definition, not a disaster.
