It was my first turning off early last night too. Embarrassing is putting it nicely. We don't play defense. Why didn't JJ switch to zone!!?! Not saying it would have helped, it would have just been a lot less embarrassing when they drained another wide open 3 and our guys wouldn't have been as tired in the zone.
Nothing has been announced recently, and I haven't seen any rumors yet.
If I had to guess, I'd say that it'll still be built, if only because of Beamer's influence. When it was announced, it was scheduled to start in Spring of 2014, but I'm not sure if it's still the case.

Mario Williams, Manny Lawson, and Jonathan McCargo... three NFL 1st round picks, were part of that defensive line. In retrospect it isn't surprising that they shredded VT's OL. Ultimately, they are a Brandon Pace field goal away from only losing close games to what I felt were the two best teams in the country.

I've always been a Skins fan and I have to agree. HUGE hitter, not a classy guy. I remember when he spit in the face of a Bucs player in the playoffs. Taylor was a big time hitter and an even bigger intimidator. I bet he made more than a few WRs crap their pants in his day.

I have friends that serve in the Penn State Alumni Association Chapter here and it is completely different than how our AA operates. Penn State provides contact information to the chapters and the chapters handle separately.

Everyone has their place in Hokie lore. As does TJ. The benefits he provided to the team will not be forgotten (GT comment above is one). He is moving on in life, as we all do. He's studying Industrial Design, which is in the architecture school. That doesn't sound like the major of a future football coach.
