^^^ great analogy and spot on .. apple pie does have the all-around game .. and it stands the test of time. other pies and their popularity come and go -- apple pie is a rock of consistency, all season-all weather
my other observations:
- cherry pie is the most overrated pie .. EVER .. and it's not even close.
- pecan pie is WAYYYYYYY too low
- where the hell is blueberry pie? blueberry > mixed berry
- quit hatin on pumpkin pie, (some of) you bastards,
- before anyone posts a bullshit "dessert cake" ranking, let me just say -- don't bother #TeamPie

Came in to VT at 180, left at 240. Between Schultz (RIP Schultz), West End, Hardees, Sheetz, Bogens...I was a mess. Took me a long time to lose that weight
I was in awful shape freshman year. Living next door to west end was the worst and best thing to ever happen to me.
After that, I was fairly healthy and in good shape, but that freshman year was sinful
Heh, I was on the fencing team and the ski team and LOST 15 pounds my freshman year. And I was already pretty slim coming in...

Hope they get healthy. With Fuller's body type, playing that close to the line and being aggressive is going to take its toll, a la Troy Palomalu. Here's hoping both guys get right, especially Facyson; concussions are no joke.

Every year at Christmas I usually end up making at least 7 of them for my family. My Grandmother
said its the best she's ever had too. And that says a lot because she makes everything from scratch.
We will in a few years or so. Heard they got a nice blue-chipper at QB coming in. Not too worried about their receivers if D-block plays like this; and based on our DB recruiting it will.
Turkey leg for you sir. Definitely one of the coolest things to see in person, next to the grand canyon of course.
