Missing what I am saying... I dont care for Dabo, I am saying it is enjoyable to hear him talk about everything that is going on with the program in such depth.
Not talking about how he's a humble man. lol
Dabo is a tool with a tenth of the class that Beamer has.
This was my reasoning as well. Perhaps the presence of a crust and cake in the name means it has bridged the gap between cake and pie. A super desert that contains all of the strengths and none of the weaknesses of pie or cake.

That last part is the real issue. Bama goes down in the rankings with a loss, at least a few spots, then our strength of schedule goes down somewhat, and since we would need to thread the needle perfectly for everything to happen, it's just enough to knock us out of the picture in this hypothetical scenario.

Marie Antoinette actually said "let them eat "brioche", which is more like bread than anything else. And since bread is more similar to pie than cake (both have crust, both are soft in the middle, etc) your argument actually is a point for #TeamCake.

Seems like they could be just joking around, but if they aren't then this just causes more distractions for a team that at this point doesn't need anymore.

Does it though? If Bama dropped every game from here on out, I would agree. But if Bama loses to LSU, I don't think that takes anything from our loss. We still lost to the reigning national champions who were ranked #1 for over half the season. Unfortunately, pollsters and computers don't look at anything beyond numbers and stats though so credibility goes out the window with that one.
The word "cake" is in the title. There is no disputing that it is a cake.

I read all of those tweets in a joking manner. The only thing I could possibly perceive as wrong with this is that they're making jokes out of their poor performances.

I think it's a catch-22 then. If Bama loses, our loss to them loses its credibility, so it's harder for us to ascend. If Bama stays unbeaten, then the rematch becomes unlikely for reasons stated above.
I really like the way he uses his stutter steps to set up his blockers. If he doesn't like the hole he sees, he gives a couple jukes to allow his blockers to get leverage and follows that.
A lot of hidden yardage picked up in little moves like that.
