I definitely see where you're coming from, and I considered that, but the way that year ended (#3 Miami getting upset by Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech losing to Miami and then losing to a four-loss Florida State team in the ACCCG) made the entire season finish second for me, even though I know we're only halfway through this year.
From the video, he has excellent vision, excellent cutting/change of direction, excellent power, excellent use of his blockers, and deceptive speed - he is as fast as he needs to be depending on the situation.

Can you also see him intercepting a ball in the flat? With his speed I can almost guarantee you he wouldn't be caught from behind.
