Won't dispute that the fake punt wasn't the most egregious of the many, many (MANY) things that went horribly wrong for us in that game. And I won't argue about the first interception being overruled. If I'm a Michigan fan I agree with that call 100% - an awful lot of the ball was hitting the turf).
However, that second interception should NEVER have been called a PI. Denard throws up one of his special arm punts, the WR and DB both lay hands on each other as they wait for it to come down, and neither gets enough jersey or pushes hard enough for a PI call there. The WR falls down, but that's not because Hosley (all 155 pounds of him) pushed him harder than he pushed Hosley - he jsut didn't have the footing and his momentum took him in the wrong direction. Terrible, terrible call. And then, God... Danny Coale. Why Universe, why?!
Looked into the names above and based on Rivals data they were all 2-3 star recruits out of high school-(the ones that I could get info.)
Only Jake Kuresa was a 4 star rated athlete.
Also, as you had mentioned, the position stats were interesting: Centers are 6'3" 290-300#, Guards are 6'3" to 5" 300-330# and Tackles are usually 6'5" and taller and 300-310#.
They were from Texas, California, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Arizona.

I'll concur with most everyone else here. NFL games (which I've only attended a few times) are cool because they're big sporting events in huge stadiums, but unless the Redskins fight song is playing, you don't get all the fans chanting, jumping, or singing. Pro teams just don't have the embedded traditions that college teams do. If you want a good time at a pseudo-pro sporting event, go to a DC United game and sit in or near the Barra Brava section. That's a blast, everyone is drunk and having a GREAT time, and they sing. Somewhat in unison.

Are they highly ranked in the preseason? I think Miami is going to lay half a hundred on them. Still might lose, though.
