I read a comment made by a fan who stated, Logan Thomas should have pressure placed on him. By giving Mark Leal a shot at 1st string Q.B. I agree, the coaches allow the starting guys to get very comfortable in their position. I believe all starting positions should be challenged each year and continuously in practice, week to week depending on your weekly performance. Mark L, should have played in more games last year and I agree with you and hope Scott L, will have the free will to make his own decision for the offensive players.
we sure did a lot of talking last year -- specifically the D. So i'd temper the trash talk and make sure they're really going to work.

I just watched the videos, and Nick Acree is the scariest person alive. He looks like he could've lifted double that weight. Furthermore, when he throws the weight up, the other guys in the weight room start chuckling so as to say, "so this guy's going to rip off heads this year, huh? Alright!"

It could also be that they feel they have more to prove - just because they don't dress for games doesn't mean it isn't their goal to do so.
