Analyzing teams who have improved from year 1 to 2
Inspired by a piece Andy Bitter wrote for the Athletic, I thought it would be interesting to see other teams who have drastically improved between a coach's first year and second year, and see if there were any common trends across (a) staff changes, (b) QB changes, or (c) used the portal. Definitely calls out his desire to teach and coach. With Shaw no longer at Stanford, why not reach out to garner any interest? I imagine it would have a similar Deion boost to everything tied to our O.

Since we aren't posting in the mega thread... I think he's an interesting case as a transfer QB. P5 caliber but has had moments where things haven't come together. Is he a potential target for VT to create depth by pushing everyone down? I wont lie, a more mobile QB behind our current line performance would be a welcome addition.
