Looked for a press release on this, but guess it didn't rise to that level. I think both Chung and Rush were GAs last year and now they've been moved up to Quality Control.
I think that puts non-recruiting and non-S&C support staff at 7 If I counted right (Crist, Carpenter, Adibi, Roberts, Webb as Analysts, and Chung and Rush as QC).
Wouldn't be surprised to see one more D analyst added just because we have 2 O analysts and only 1 on D. But also wouldn't be surprised to see us stand pat now, because, as we know, Adibi can do the work of 2 mortal men.

Spyre CEO James Clawson told The Athletic's David Ubben this week that current Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker has been presented a "substantial" NIL deal.
Clawson then said that a quarterback at Tennessee (presumably the starting quarterback) should be making at least seven figures a year (over a million bucks).

Hokie Nation and Virginia Tech Football will be able to conduct new business this fall. In collaboration with Learfield, a new partnership between Fanatics and OneTeam will allow fans to purchase customized jerseys, while student-athletes will be able to be compensated for each sale.

Mike Niziolek is putting out some solid pieces this week. This one on new special teams and RB coach Stu Holt.
Cole described Holt as a detail-oriented assistant who took his time throughout the offseason to patiently walk each player through their assignments. It wasn't until the season started when Holt's intensity ramped up.
"He's very loud," Cole said. "He don't miss anything. Early on, he takes it kind of easy, then once you learn it he expects you to do your job."

With the change of the defense from a 4-2-5 to a 4-3, there will be some position changes and Pry and Co. move guys to fit their scheme. Offense may have some moves as well so we can keep track here.

I guess since we hired one of ODU's former TE coaches they had to go get a former player of ours. Regardless, it is good to see Justin Harper see success.
