And, when on the road, you are limited by the number of tix. If everyone is in the same sections, the chant of "Go Hokies" should be concise and on point. There's no way 5k Hokies are going to compete with 85k Bammers.
If you do travel around, you will occasionally hear "Let's Go!" Followed by a "Hokies!" Happens frequently at DC on the Metro and other places, and not just on gamedays. We just don't put out a PSA to inform our fans of how to act in public. I'm looking at you $EC!
I get tired of people getting more pleasure from a team losing than their own team winning. I'm from Bristol and have family ties to both UT and VT, and I don't understand why every Saturday I have to see VT fans rejoicing if UT loses or vice versa. I know a few UVA grads who are extremely obnoxious regarding VT, but others who are great people and very nice. Most of us probably tend to get defensive of our school if someone talks unprovoked smack about VT, yet we're seem to be quick to throw the same vitriol right back in their face given the opportunity. Overall, I'd rather not fault someone who cheers for their own school and just let them be.

True story, I mentioned to French how dominate we would be if we could run the ball like Boston College. I love how they mash too. I saw the center pulling on some plays which tells you he can ball and they think highly of him. This will be a tough game.
