I was waiting for this post since the thread was put up. It did not disappoint.

It's the same thing that happens with crappy books, movies, shows, opinions of celebrities, etc. Instead of just ignoring stuff they don't like or think is stupid they pay attention so they can complain about it to others who don't like it, sometimes to the point of it being one giant circle jerk.

If I ever have children, they will be forced to do this. And they will like it!

Love Mekong! There are some others that have pretty excellent selection in RVA... commercial tap house, capital ale house

Richmond may not have the best collection, but they do have the best one (and yes, severe response bias in this voting)!

I'm pretty sure it's just his last name.

Some systems are better suited for less talented players. I might be completely wrong, but I read it somewhere that the spread offense was designed to give an advantage to less talented and smaller players an advantage over bigger and better ones? Or at least level the playing field?

Ford's aren't known for lasting a full 4 years reliably....I think we should start him right away because Ford's are at their best fresh from the factory. He'll probably only be productive for 3 years before he starts to break down and have problems. Hopefully we'll find a good replacement before any major components falter and we can trade up while he's at his prime before his value plummets.

(this is all satire...take that into consideration before blasting me)

Is this the ideal defense to call screen plays to the non zone side? Seems like acting confused and letting rushers go by then getting out and setting up a nice tailback screen with magnus could be very effective... With suspect blocking as it is, this could be a solid play that would also act to keep the defense guessing. Also logan, bless his battering ram heart, would not have to run.

I've asked this question on here several times and have yet to get an answer....

but is Scot 'Lefty' Loeffler ACTUALLY left handed? Does anybody know? Did he get that nick name just because of his last name or is he a true South Paw?

I didn't post about her coverage of Tech, as you are correct, we don't warrant much coverage as we try to wash the Duke egg off our face....I just would like her basic facts about her only job focus to be mostly correct.....IE Miami and Florida State game has not been played and is in November, so her article being about how little there is to look forward to in November for the ACC has a big gaping hole in it. As I mentioned above though, I think this may have been a case of her writing the article early but intended for it to be published next week as everything in it is generic enough to allow it to be posted at almost any time next week and be true. Not sure if she slipped up in publishing it or if ESPN inadvertently published it (or she really is that incompetent).

Well, just imagine if we still had the old staff managing this offense with no running game. Loeffler at least has a decent passing scheme, with Ocainspring we might not have moved the ball past the 50 this year.

A lefty coming to play for Lefty? It's so crazy, it JUST. MIGHT. WORK.

The good guys... what can I say? I'm a homer.
