Instead of the helmet sticker he got he should of got this one instead.

As a brother of a former VTWS player, it makes me happy to see this post. They're finally getting some deserved national attention.
1. Chicken then beef then pork. I enjoy them all.
2. Tomato. I never really paid any attention to bbq sauce derivatives but tomato sauce and a bowl of spaghetti. I'm good.
3. Cookies. Followed by cake and I am gonna go out on a limb but I thoroughly enjoy a good cannoli or cheesecake every once and a while.
4. Bourbon to start. Beer to chase.
5. West End, that was my jam especially Junior and Senior year. Though I went back and saw the new Turner place. It's pretty sweet.
6. Non-Breakfast, I could eat a burger at a tailgate anytime of day
7. I gotta go with a tie between Bull and Bones and Sal's. Depends on the mood. Either one is a solid choice. Hokie House for dinner and Trivia was always a midweek highlight too.
8. Hokie House, ftw
I'm pretty sure it's standard practice to self-scout during the bye week and then in prep for the bowl game.
Part of me can't imagine this hasn't happened before. The other part of me says there's no way we would have seen so many WR screens if it had happened before.
Will be at the game aswell!
not proficient enough to photoshop a coach's head in (like saban) but you get the idea

I couldn't help but notice your signature line and how funny it is given the picture immediately above it. It only gets funnier when you know that they're divorced now.
One wonders if we've ever self-scouted before.
Ellis was drafted by the Bills.
1. Pork
2#TEAMVINEGARSAUCE
3. Pie
4. A good stiff root beer
5.-8. Really don't have an answer since I've not been to Blacksburg in a few years, and I don't go to bars.
When do they play LOLUVA? They're ranked #1.
My Hawkeye spouse would be jealous.
thanks. I agree with what you said too.
Let's take something annoying and turn it into something unique. OK, so this plan is a 3 step process:
Step 1: TKP straw poll because if any segment of fans should decide what the definition of this new tradition is then it's TKP diehards. (I personally vote for long touchdown passes over 40 yards, but that may not be as often as fans like.)
Step 2: Someone informs the new meaning of the planes to the general student body. Do we have any cheerleaders or spirit squad members on TKP?
Step 3: Throw planes! (but only on the appropriate time)
Hamilton played a couple of years for the Browns after he graduated, too. Don't remember if he was drafted or not, but I think he was generally a special-teams whiz.
I love how they listed that DE from Missouri who has 6 total sacks and all of them came against Vanderbilt and Arkansas State. Bravo
I'll be going to this game but why must I always see Duke at 330? Lol
Sweet! I love warbirds! B-25 will make some great radial piston engine noise. I think this is a make-up for the cancelled Marshall game flyover.
Womp, I failed at pasting the links. Will fix now, thanks for catching it! Your team is looking really good.
Anderson was a whip, which in that era was more of an extra free safety than an OLB. He was one of the bigger ones though.
I had no clue that Adibi had received any starts. I thought he was an exclusive special teams guy. Who did Ellis play for? Kid had NFL talent, but it took forever to get him to win a job in Blacksburg.
Based on what I watched on the offensive film, I think they will absolutely look to run the inside and outside zone more under center this week. Defenses are now sitting on the pass when Logan is under center, and play action has been a critical component to helping Hokie receivers get open on 1st and 2nd down. On one play, which I will highlight later this week, Edmunds took the fake on the zone stretch, and Pitt completely ignored him and jammed up the bootleg. If Edmunds gets the ball, he may still be running.
While Mason demonstrated the Hokies running zones effectively from the gun/pistol, the Hokies did not run a single zone play from under center last weekend against Pitt. Yet, they play faked the zone stretch numerous times for the passing game. Loeffler has to at least make the threat of Edmunds or Coleman getting the ball credible or the play fake will be ignored all together, and with it the play action game from the ace formation.
Minor errata: Moore started 4 games. Chris Ellis started a game. There's also James Anderson. Overall though your point is correct.
I'd love to see more runs from under center. I think it leads to better play action, and hitting the holes faster on actual run plays. And it's just more fun to watch than all these pistol/shotgun option plays/sweeps/etc.

I love that our coaches are doing this. I'm hoping this is a standard thing, if not then it most certainly should be.
Wouldn't you love to be in the room watching them pick apart pros/cons on film?
