Who's your Dadi?
In order to keep his players fully hydrated and topped off with important electrolytes, the sports medicine folks in Hooville have come up with their own custom blended sports drink, dubbed "Sabreade" [Say-ber-ade]. Although it is basically No-Doz dissolved in Merlot, these helmets will keep their legions of quarterbacks drunk enough to forget how much playing time they were promised2.
The Peter Lalich Special?
(normally I wouldn't crack wise about a recovering alcoholic... but it's LOLUVa so very little is off limits)
Two LOLUVa "Foe"Rensics in a season are better than one, I agree!

For cheap beer, I'll take Tecate over PBR any day

Do you really expect them to though? They're SEC fans...
I wish I tried Bogen's before it closed.
Wake won the ACC Football championship in 2006. They can be a thorn in the Atlantic division, not so much with Duke. But they still beat uva.
Isn't it great how every team we play immediately has a terrible O-line?
they're legit why do you guys think i keep giving them a shoutout on the weather blog?! they have a few girls on the team that have been starting since their true freshman year and a keeper that plays for the Canadian U21 National team (Canada is really good in womens) and Ashley Meier who made the U21 US national team (which in case you didnt know is REALLY GOOD) this team is stacked in the midfield and D and coupled with two senior forwards and a freshman whose made immediate contributions and you've got a pretty legit team, cant believe we didnt get any love from the polls in the beginning of the year
Great read, Bud is one of the best in the biz for good reason.
I haven't even read the article yet, but I have to give you props on the title. +1,000,000 turkey legs!

I don't want to be pessimistic, but I don't think we can bank on an ACCCG appearance until we win out the rest of the ACC. There are still several games left, against opponents that we can lose to if overlooked. Regardless of how we feel about the team being dominant on D, or O doing just enough to win games, we should avoid getting ahead of ourselves with hope for the team.
I'm not saying that I don't think this team can win out and even win the ACCCG against either FSU or Clemson. I'm just saying that even if we beat Duke, and BC, and then beat Miami, we will still have 2 teams that would be gunning for us. They don't need to show they are competent the rest of the time. They just need to be competent enough when they play us.
I'm guessing it just goes by their projected points per week per player and automatically optimizes your lineup based on their highest projections. Yahoo's weekly projections are mediocre at best, though, and it obviously doesn't take into account add/drops, trades, etc. FWIW, they projected me on draft day to go 3-11 and I'm currently 3-3. Hopefully I won't have an 8 game losing streak to prove their point.
Pics or it didn't happen
Great read, one of my favorite series (serieses?) on TKP!
Lets not forget the on-side kick. Beamer having the 'who-farted' face. Was at that game. Had them on the ropes and then the flood gates opened up in the second half . Ugh.

I'm sure they would, if LOLUVa joined them.
Wait, it's soccer season, right?!
Faycson was a 3-star right?
I cede the point, sir. While I still feel like Imoh/Hamilton/Humes didn't produce in big games, I take your point that they at least produced in SOME games which we really haven't had this year.
Also, I will still contend that Ore was far better than those three and I think belongs up there, not quite with Ryan Williams/Lee Suggs/Kevin Jones, but in a tier just below them as that dude was just so much fun to watch and it hurts to think that talent got wasted. So I wouldn't necessarily include him in an argument about lesser talented backs, is all I'm saying.

True. but I'd like to take them on in a neutral site with this D and LT rather than in the Horseshoe next year without them

Also at the game. It was a fucking disaster to say the least. I want UGA like I want air...
Revenge is a dish best served after it festers, rots, and seethes for seven years. And I want it.
