I saw one at the Firefly Music Festival two weeks ago. Had to chat with the guy a little.
I recall some in the early 90s. I always wondered why we DIDN'T have a pipeline, given Hite's pedigree.

I can't recall getting any players from DeMatha at all. In fact, the only player on the current roster is Michael Branthover (K). Hell of a pipeline we got there. No 2013 commits came from DeMatha either.

Amen to this - we need to get over this "they have the worst fans", etc. I went to the 2003 game when I was a senior and watched our #2 Hokies get wailed on and listened to a barrage of torment but I never felt "unsafe". I have to many games in Morgantown and 2003 was by far the worst as far as fan sportsmanship - but this still doesn't come close to the majority of SEC rivalries.
If you want to talk about shitty fan behavior and sportsmanship go to a Alabama/Auburn game.

This may be THE most hate-filled rivalry in the entire country. Seriously, be very careful if you travel to Morganhole. You'll notice that all of our players on the bench will have their helmets on the entire game, for good reason.
