Don't forget Carlis Parker. Everyone seems to be assuming that he's going to eventually end up at WR, and if so that's great. He's too good an athlete to not be playing somewhere. But he just may wind up being a serious contender at QB. He didn't get as much attention from the recruiting services because he sustained a severe knee injury as a junior. But those who have seen him playing at full speed have been impressed.
I have wondered why some folks seem to have forgotten Tech have several quarterbacks already on the roster, including two walk-ons, Jessop and Roddy. I am high on Roddy myself. He is tall and seem to have a fairly good grasp on the offense. I can't wait to see Bucky in action this summer. He seem to be one of the hidden gems that Tech may have unearthed. In fact, wasn't Bucky the first player to commit to Tech during the rained out spring game? That tells me all I need to know about him. Plus, he got a cool name...Bucky.
I guess it's fine as long as there is not a bottle labeled "Weaver's BS."
Question - how did Ryan Williams had some success against Alabama back then?
...Wait...London was a cop??!! You would think someone would have mention that before. You know on a message board or during a game on espn or something...
That's a good thing! Waterfall in locker room is baaad feng shui
Yea, I think he actually went to NC State a few years back.
I know what I'm doing after work...
#beatbama
Bonus points to the writer for referring to us as VPI, and #BeatBama
student sections in both lower and upper level - I got my ticket through a student and I hope I'm lucky enough to get lower level
For sake of counter argument 7 for rivals top 20 have committed, only 2 have committed to in state schools.
I don't see it as a slap in the face but finding a program and coaches that you like the most and who give you the very best chance to make the NFL(every top recruit is expecting to play in the NFL one day). As much as I'd love a top defensive talent to commit to VT can I really blame him if he commits to bama and the pedigree that they have?

exactly you start the better option but because of his youth I'm really hoping that Bucky is the better option week 1 of 2014
Haha, it was a typo. That's what happens when you open up this website to mobile platforms.
I think you meant "play" and not "pay". Interesting slip-up though, if indeed it WAS? a mistake...
Look at the list of RBs. It's pretty damn pathetic. Basically anyone who is going to be a starter and has a pulse made the list.
I don't think we had a legit shot at Diggs though.
Cornwelp.
He Tweeted that 'Bama is putting a waterfall in their locker room, who can compete with that.... a waterfall??
I don't put much stock in these predictions at all but I do like that the UGA insider now has Street to VT since the 4 earliest predictions had him going to UGA.
"(besides his ability to represent strong the Lollipop Guild)" Got me rolling...HAHAHA
On the youtube highlight video his second snap was from under center. Not saying he won't need a redshirt year to get used to it, but it appears he has done it at least on occasion.
Yup, I'm at it again lol. I greatly dislike selection matrices.
Get me to smell like a rail and/or pokie stix and I'm sold.
It's unlikely with the loss of Renfree. Last year's backups (Connette and Boone) are capable, but not proven. Especially with the loss of Vernon as well.

Travon McMillan isn't totally out of the picture either in my opinion.
