Because we're all Sunday morning quarterbacks.
Lots of talk about what we want or don't want to happen, but let's talk about what you think will actually happen:
Question 1:
What is the likelihood that, in the next calendar year, one or more current ACC teams (counting ND) announces that they will leave the conference?
Question 2:
What conference does VT play the 2025/2026 season in?

Take this with a large grain of salt, given its from a swimming publication, but this is blowing up across social media, so its worth keeping your eye on....

Alright, yesterday I had a little fun throwing together a Worsham Field template to see what the Big Ten and SEC logos would look like in Lane, which you can see here.
But that got me thinking... Why not just try and see what different designs would look like in Worsham right now. I mean I know there's a fat chance in hell that we'll ever fully paint the end zones, but a man can dream, right?
Anyway, this would basically be the current scheme with maroon end zones and some more detail on the sidelines:

On offense, the 5-foot 10-inch, 180-pound prospect is a productive high school running back and could suit up as either a running back or slot receiver in college after recording over 1,400-yards on the ground and a combined 24 touchdowns rushing and receiving. On defense, he can line up as a cornerback or safety.
A multi-sport athlete, Williams runs track for Powdersville and has clocked a personal best 11.16 100m. He also plays basketball at Powdersville.

Yeah, I know that sounds overly dramatic, but look at this quote from the Big Ten after yesterday's move to rip USC and UCLA away from the Pac 12...
"What good is the Rose Bowl if the whole point is the Playoff"

Remember when that was the big refrain that everyone used on what NIL was super good and absolutely necessary?

as always when this stuff pops up, very worried about where VT eventually ends up.

I know we are having discussions elsewhere about what is going on with the landscape of college sports, but with Texas and Oklahoma already leaving for the SEC and now USC and UCLA leaving for the Big Ten, this is awful and ominous news for the ACC.

Kind of stunning news, to be honest. This was basically the flagship programming for the ACC Network and its being unceremoniously ended, with an announcement made 48 hours before its final episode. While I hope this was on their own accord, and that they are moving on to bigger and better things, this has the feeling of ESPN pulling the plug on it.

RIP Coastal Chaos.
VT will play Miami in 2022, then not again until 2025.

Hey all. I signed in today for seat selection and it appears that we have some changes from a year ago. It looks like some sections have flipped between general public and student. Also, for reasons unknown, it looks as if the front row of student section 1 is now public:

(Please disregard the arrow that clearly demonstrates my amazing artistic skills).
I went looking for an email or a release from the ticket office outlining changes to seating from last year to this year and I didn't find anything. I also called the ticket office and they weren't sure either.
