One of the ones in the town where I work (writing and enforcing local zoning ordinances, among other things) has an architectural review board, different lot coverage requirements from the town, stuff stating pool equipment must be screened and they call me asking me not to approve houses that don't meet their rules....I tried not to laugh before I hung up
The subdivision that I lived in most recently in VA before moving down here had a "no accessory structures" (sheds) rule. One guy got around primarily on a motorized wheelchair, but was mobile enough he didn't need it within his house...so he had a small shed put in his backyard (where no one else could see it), somehow the HOA big man (lol) caught wind of it, they sued him to have it removed. So he sold his house.

Months ago, I'd accepted there would be no season. Then the schedule was released and we were getting closer and closer to kick off against NC State...then it was postponed...and I thought, "well damn, gotta wait one more week"...then UVA was "postponed"....
I don't know why I let my hopes up, I knew we wouldn't have a season months ago.
