My expectations have now been properly reset for the season. After last night's performance, if we don't finish with with 14 ACC wins, and an elite eight appearance, I think we need to move on from Young.

There is a time and a place for it. IMO (granted Bud's defensive mind will never be in the same stratosphere as mine), After a couple field goals, and then a stalled drive, giving the ball back to ND with 3:30 minutes and a TO to work with is not the time. If all else remained the same, and there was say 1 minutes on the clock, sure. 3:30 is just too damn long to let them pick you apart all the way down the field at their leisure.
I had one that I used to live in in VA that did not allow accessory structures (sheds). One older gent used a motorized wheelchair to get around, but was mobile enough that he didn't need it in his house. So he had a small shed put on his back deck to keep the scooter locked up in.
HOA tried to force him to remove it, he ended up taking them to court, and won, something to do with the ADA, then wound up moving anyways.

HOA rules do not trump town/county ordinances, as much as they would liken themselves as be all end all.
