As someone who hasn't watched a HS QB's highlight reel before... How impressive is this compared to other big name recruits? Would Glennon or Hodges have had an equally impressive reel?

Just because he a heckuva recruiter on the Left Coast doesn't mean he's gonna be effective back East.

Really, they should have been working Lambert in to games much earlier in the season when it was obvious they were going nowhere and Watford was struggling. While they have a bunch of holes the flaming pile at QB is the biggest one.
