Think winter classic in a baseball stadium. There's no way to see the puck from the upper deck behind home plate, but the "event" is well attended.

ADOPTED HOKIE
My brother-in-law was a Hokie and brought me up to help him move when I was a kid. He took me to Sharkey's and to float down the river and from that moment forward I had an appreciation and special place in my hear for VT. Since his passing on Father's Day this year, that special place has taken on even more meaning to me. When I ended up going to VMI about half of my high school class ended up going there so I visited whenever I wasn't on confinement and could make the trip. Still need to see my first game in Lane, but now that I'm on the East Coast again hopefully that magic can happen soon.

Back off the Skins fans amigo, haven't we suffered enough the past 20 years (last year not included). Not cool comparing us to the boohoos. I was not aware there was someone with a name on here so close to mine, so it threw me off for a second like, I didn't write this... even if it is close to my own reasons.
Yes, I'm happy he had a good game last night. And yes, I'm rooting for him to continue this level of play....very much so. But, I'm afraid that it's not here to stay. I will enjoy the win, and his play for this week.
