No one should be insulting anyone, and the repeated use of "douche" here contradicts the positive atmosphere we maintain on TKP. There's no faster way to draw the ire of everyone else than by being insulting.
The other thing that people have taken issue with is the blanket hatred that some of your posts direct at the team. This game thread is littered with our frustrations, play by play, but I agree with the posts above. Calm down. It will do wonders for your blood pressure.

....They really should not have had a close up. I almost felt bad for the kid. The espn guys made fun of his glistening face for a good 3 minutes. Then I realized, its GEORGIA TECH and they CAN make fun of him.
Yeah Logan hadn't been able to beat teams by himself yet so GT made him do that. UNC knows that now, so that should open up some space for Trey Trucking & Co.

Completely agree. I think after we lost Ryan, DPM got the nod based on age/experience in the system but after not producing, I fully support Cline moving up and he has done very little to sway that thought. Also, from what I hear, Cline is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet...

My trainer this morning told me "it was one of the suckiest games to watch"
I then promptly told him he witnessed the best defense in the nation hold a team that averaged 400 yards a game to 129 on the ground. I also told him that not every game has to be like Oregon and running up 40 pts.
I also told him UNC better watch the fuck out.
He then promptly destroyed me in training and I did it with a Kyle Fuller smile.

You have to get open before you can have passes thrown in your direction - Cline has been able to do that much more consistently than DPM.

Going into last night's game I wasn't as pumped as I nearly am for Tech games, I was just ready to see this team send a message, which they most definitely did. Now I am counting down the hours until UNC. One opponent at a time. Go Hokies! It's been 2 years since I have felt so confident and proud of a Tech team, and boy does it feel good.
When you compile the stat for scoring defense, do you include scores only against the defense or do you include special teams and INT6?
Shouldn't that stat only be scores against the D?
Otherwise, it's name should be total scoring against team, not D.
This kid knows he's gonna get made fun of by all anit-GT people and these are hillarious but in all actuality.....that was an awesome speech!
