It looks like the e-mails with your seat selection times have went out today. At least for a little while I can imagine being in a normal Lane Stadium this fall.
Seat selections start June 1st. Mine is June 22 @ 11:15 AM. What is everybody else's?

Wake Forest is somehow the most irrelevant and interesting ACC team at the same time. So many things about how Dave Clawson has built this program I love, but I also know they really have no shot at taking down Clemson or a good Florida State team in their own division. It's hard to sell that program to recruits. Not many fans, small school, not a lot of history, it's just a tough sell. However, a brand new football center gives the Demon Deacons a bit more traction in the talent rich state of North Carolina.
2020 Class:
ACC Rank: 11
National Rank: 60
# of Signees: 25
Average Recruit Rating: 0.8360
Top Recruit: Jasheen Davis, EDGE, Snellville GA, (0.8801)
On days when he's joined in the gym by small groups of his 757-based brethren (usually no more than three guys at a time), Hunter feels like he's part of an exclusive club of players, all aiming for their own individual goals.
"If you want to come through, you definitely have to talk to the right person," said Hunter, an Indian River High alum and a rising redshirt junior safety at Tech.
Pretty cool seeing all these 757 Kids working out together.
An NCAA vote Wednesday cleared the return of student-athletes to campus in football, men's basketball and women's basketball on June 1 through June 30, multiple sources told Yahoo Sports. This decision ends a moratorium on all athletic activities through May 31.
This doesn't necessarily mean a rush back to campus for those three sports, as those decisions will be made in concert with state government, local government, conference and university officials
I'm jones-ing for some football so I was passing time looking at the roster earlier to think about what the 2020 depth chart would look like (especially without spring ball to hold me over). Here's my first pass without overthinking it.
I'm having a hard time reconciling who started/rotated at the Guard spots as well as the DT spots at the end of last season. I blame brown liquor.
Who are the college coaches that have proven track records developing quarterbacks?
This includes head coaches, offensive coordinators, or quarterback coaches. Who develops the correct basic fundamentals (physical techniques, reads, speed of execution, etc.) and also utilizes the individual quarterback's talents to maximum benefit?

"It was a great time in my life I can tell you that," Kill said in a phone interview with The Roanoke Times.
"I wasn't going to do it at first then changed my mind," Kill said. "Gary had a lot to do with that just talking to me. It was a gut-wrenching thing. You can't find two better people that I respect in college football than those two."
The Hokie Club sent out the following info today. As we all know, we're playing catch-up on a number of fronts here, but to see us making all time highs in multiple areas in the midst of Covid is encouraging.

247 Sports has released their updated rankings for Transfer Portal players. Here's how the Hokies incoming transfers stack up:
Khalil Herbert (RB, Kansas) - 4 Star (0.9000) and #1 RB
Raheem Blackshear (WR/RB, Rutgers) 3 Star (0.8800) and #6 RB
Justus Reed (Edge, Youngstown State) 3 Star (0.8500) and #4 SDE
Evan Fairs (WR, Kansas) no Transfer rating and #way down the list that doesn't have numbers and I don't want to count anymore but it's okay he was injured a lot at Kansas and may be kinda good I have no idea

Disclaimer number 1, I try to do all of my work for TKP with as little bias as possible. It's tough, but I think I've gotten pretty good at looking at the recruiting side of the sport with clear lenses. I understand everyone is upset about the Davis decommitment, but let's not let that bit of news cloud our understanding of the 2020 class. You know, guys that are actually signed up to be Hokies.
For those of you bouncing around the TKP community who are graduating this month., congratulations. And also... sorry it had to be this way. Just tell your parents to hand over that $500 they were going to drop on lunch/dinner for 10.
Hold your head up high and let us know who you are, so that we can personally (and virtually) pat you on the back, and offer advice that you probably won't heed until you're staring down the barrel at 40 or so.
Also, if you have a loved one who is graduating, use this space to brag and give a shout out.

Gents, we need to chat. I don't come around often, but it appears I have enough credibility to create a new thread now. We'll see if that lasts...
What's going on right now is not representative of the underdog mantra that built Virginia Tech football. It is not representative of those values that once elevated this program, of which we still nominally claim today. Instead, what I see right now suggests that we โ those of us who comprise Hokie Nation โ no longer hold to our core values.
Honesty is always the best policy ๐ We played a round of "Raise your hand if..." with these @ACCFootball coaches and they did not hold back! pic.twitter.com/fIsL1wKeAIโ ACC Network (@accnetwork) May 3, 2020
A win-win for me being a Hokie and a Bulldog fan.. Sad to see him go, but he fits the LA tech culture perfect and will start right away. I will never forget his plays in OT vs UNC. My question is why leave Blacksburg?
